Teen/Adult Rock Band Interest form

 Rock Band is for intermediate to advanced musicians with about two years of experience.

Students should be ready to practice at home, arrive prepared, commit to rehearsals and performances, and audition by video or in person.

New students should upload a short video performing a favorite song to this form to send to admin@themusiciansden.net.

Placement depends on skill, age, instrument, availability and openings.
