TMD Rock Band Experience:
Rock Band - What You Get:
- FOUR experienced coaches (Mr Greg, Ms Charlene, Coach Jack, Coach Ethan)!
- Semi-private instruction
- Write a song with your band
- Band photos
- Design a logo/T-shirt
- Studio Events: open mic night, songwriting workshop, end of semester party w/bandmates
- All-Studio Performance Nov 12th
- Showcase at a local venue Dec 14th

- Rock Band Coaches Jack & Ethan will be available 1/2 hour before Kid Band and Teen Band. Just show up.
- Mr Greg & Ms Charlene can be available with advance notice.
Rock Band Member Opportunities:
- Vocals (lead/background/harmony)
- Guitar (electric/acoustic)
- Bass
- Drums/Percussion
- Keys
Rock Band Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency on one or more instruments
- Audition or invite (contact us if you're new to our studio)
- A positive attitude
Rock Band Expectations:
- Consistent attendance
- Please make your rock band class a priority over other activities at the same day/time - bandmates count on you
- At-home practice
- Rock Band showcase Dec 14th is mandatory

Rock Band tuition:
Rock Band classes begin the week of September 4th, 2023 and end December 17th, 2023. Semester includes 13 classes. Studio will be closed the weeks of Fall Break and Thanksgiving. *15% discount for additional family members.

Semester Tuition Includes:
- Private lessons: Enjoy 30 or 60 minutes of weekly instruction from professional musicians.
- Group classes: Engage in 50-minute weekly sessions with professional musicians.
- Rock Bands: 90+ minutes of high-energy instruction and rehearsals led by FOUR experienced music coaches.
- Start the semester with student-led goal planning.
- Receive a weekly shared Google Doc with lesson notes and practice objectives.
- Access materials like sheet music, chord charts, and music books at no extra charge.
- Participate in a songwriting workshop each semester.
- Benefit from weekly access to a variety of well-maintained instruments: drums, guitars, ukuleles, and stage lights and sound equipment.
- Use The Musician’s Den theatre space for honing performance skills.
- Showcase your talent with performance opportunities such as open-mics, showcases, and semester concerts.
- Enjoy extra performance rehearsals as needed.
- Get involved in group/ensemble opportunities.
